Over the course of two days, participants from around the world discussed the latest advances and innovations in laser processing for thermal physics applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was organized by the Kutateladze Institute of Thermophysics SB RAS (Novosibirsk, Russia) jointly with the Hellenic National Research Foundation (Athens, Greece). The seminar was supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (grant no. 075-15-2024-620).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the seminar, leading scientists and specialists presented their research and shared their experiences in applying lasers to solve complex thermal physics problems, such as increasing heat transfer efficiency, improving materials science processes, and creating new industrial technologies. Particular attention was paid to interdisciplinary approaches and prospects for the further development of laser technologies for thermal engineering and energy applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"964\" height=\"1362\" src=\"http:\/\/www.itp.nsc.ru\/lmpt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/\u0421\u0435\u043c\u0438\u043d\u0430\u0440.jpg\" alt=\"\">Participants noted the high level of organization of the event and the opportunities for scientific exchange that the online format provided to a broad international audience.
