Organizational fee
The organizing fee for participation in the conference from September 8 to September 15 is 15,000 rubles. Payment of the organizational fee gives the participant the right to present no more than two reports at the conference, receive a participant’s kit, publish abstracts in the collection of conference abstracts (no more than two), attend plenary lectures, round tables and section meetings, participate in coffee breaks.
The Organizing Committee has concluded an agreement with Scientific Service LLC on the co-organization (technical organization) of the conference, therefore, in terms of payment of the organizational fee, the contract is concluded with this organization. An agreement can be concluded with a legal entity or an individual after registration by each participant of the conference.
For individuals
To pay the registration fee, you need to download the contract for an individual and enter your personal data into it. The completed contract (in the format .doc or .docx) and a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt must be sent by e-mail to Svetlana Vasilyevna Zubova (svetazubova@gmail.com ). In the subject of the letter, please specify “TPH2024 – surname”. An agreement and an act signed by Scientific Service LLC will be issued to you upon registration at the conference.
For legal entities
To pay the registration fee, you need to download the contract for a legal entity, enter the full name of the participant(s) of the conference in it and transfer the contract to the accounting department for further filling in the details of your organization. The completed contract must be sent by e-mail to Svetlana Vasilyevna Zubova (svetazubova@gmail.com ) for approval (in case of amendments), signing by Scientific Service LLC and invoicing for the registration fee. In the subject of the letter, please specify “TPH2024 – surname”.
