Registration Procedure
All participants with presentations should register for the Symposium using Registration Form and pay Registration Fee before July 31, 2012. Registration Fee includes: Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, (18-21 September, 4 lunches), Dinners (18 and 19 and 21, 3 dinners), Banquet, Book of abstracts.
If a participant does not register and does not pay Registration Fee the presentation will be removed from the Symposium program and abstract will not be published.
Accompanying persons may participate in all evening events as well as lunches.
All participants without presentations should register for the Symposium using Registration Form and pay Registration Fee before September 10, 2012.

BANK CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE. UNDERPAYMENT MUST BE COMPENSATED DURING THE REGISTRATION ON SITE.
The registration deadline is July 31.
Cancellations made through August 15, 2012 will receive a full refund less a Bank Charges. Refunds are not available after August 15, 2012.

You can request an official letter of invitation for Chinese visa application from LOC Secretariat (Dr. Zhi-Qiang Zhu, E-mail: zhuzhiqiang@imech.ac.cn). Please fill in Visa application form and send it by E-mail to LOC before July 10, 2012.
