The Organizing Committee of the IVth All-Russian Conference "Thermophysics and Physical Hydrodynamics" with elements of the school of young scientists has decided to extend the deadline for submission of full-text reports for publication in JoP:CS until May 31, 2019. Please note that the texts of reports should be accompanied by an expert opinion and an export permit, scanned copies of which should be downloaded to the abstract (reports) submission system.
The term of the Participation Agreement and payment has been also extended until May 31, 2019. Please note that the specified payment period is set for participating individuals. Until May 31, 2019 legal entities must agree with Coordinator and sign an Agreement on the provision of services for the organization of participation in the conference, which may set special conditions, procedure and terms of payment of the organizational fee and other services.
We would like to inform you about the opening of the reservation service in the SPA Hotel "Livadiyskiy" that has been available through the personal account of the conference participant since April 30, 2019. The Hotel provides participants with special conditions on the days of the conference. Please note that the special conditions apply to a limited number of rooms, booked before May 31, 2019 and 100% prepaid before June 30, 2019. After this date, standard Hotel rates will apply. Given the high demand for accommodations at the Hotel, it is strongly recommended to book the desired rooms and pay for your reservation before these dates. More information about the booking procedure is available on the conference website.

In response to a popular demand, the Organizing Committee of the IV All-Russian Conference "Thermophysics and Physical Hydrodynamics" with elements of the school of young scientists has decided to extend the deadline for submission of applications and abstracts until May 10, 2019. Please note that the texts of reports should be accompanied by an expert opinion, the scanned copy of which should be downloaded to the abstract (reports) submission system. As of April 15, 2019, more than 150 abstracts and conference participants have been registered. Notification on the acceptance of reports submitted before April 15, 2019 will be done before April 29, 2019. Other participants will be notified of the acceptance of reports after the approval of materials by the Scientific Committee of the Conference. Participants who have not uploaded scan copies of expert opinions are strongly recommended to do so as soon as possible, but no later than May 10, 2019.
