Publication of full-text reports
At the request of the authors, full-text reports may be published as articles in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS).
Articles prepared in accordance with the rules specified on the Journal's website (see comment below) and containing from 4 to 6 pages in English should be downloaded through the system of submission of abstracts and full-text reports until June 7, 2021 (extended until 14 June 2021) . Each article must be accompanied by an expert opinion on publishing materials in the open press and export permission.

Papers should be downloaded as MS Word (docx) and Adobe Acrobat (pdf) files with identical content and title containing the speaker's surname: Petrov PP_paper_tph21.docx и Petrov PP_paper_tph21.pdf.
Publication of papers in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series is only possible in case of in-person participation of the author at the TPH 2021 Conference. One author may apply for publishing no more than two articles: as an author and co-author (one article). To publish materials of reports in the form of an article, the conference participant should sign a contract of services with the technical organizer. The cost of services is 8200 rubles for each paper. This amount covers the expenses of the Organizing Committee and the publisher to prepare the article for publication and to organize scientific review, proofreading and publication of the article.
The scientific paper must include 80% of new data, not published earlier. Papers will undergo blind peer review. IOP Publishing uses automatic plagiarism checker, including self-plagiarism and plagiarism from open sources (websites, dissertations, popular periodicals).
Papers that have received negative comments from reviewers or have failed a plagiarism test will not be published. In this case, the amount received on the conference account as payment for preparing the article for publication is not refundable.
Articles that have received two positive reviews, after technical proofreading and proofreading of the English language, will be sent to the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS), indexed in the SCOPUS database, for publication.
Please note that the enrollment of the Journal issues in the SCOPUS database is exclusively within the competence of the SCOPUS Council. Information on the exclusion of journals or individual issues (volumes) from the database is published every three months. This decision does not depend on the Organizing Committee and the Journal Publisher. Refusal to index the Journal issue in the SCOPUS database cannot serve a basis for refunding the amount paid under the contract for the provision of services for the preparation of the article for publication.
