Hotel
All participants are highly recommended to take their lodging at the Hotel of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences "Zolotaya dolina", situated at a walking distance from the conference venues (5 minutes walk from the House of Scientists SB RAS and 20 minutes walk from the Kutateladze Institute of Thermophysics SB RAS). You can choose from a budget single room to a luxury apartment. The hotel provides breakfast and Internet service (LAN in each room and also an Internet-centre) for a reasonable extra cost.
For Symposium participants "Zolotaya dolina" offers special rates with approximately about 20% reduction from their standard prices. All given prices are in Russian Rubles and include all taxes and charges. To get prices in your own currency, you can use this link to a currency converter.
In order to get a room in "Zolotaya dolina" for special rate you have to do:
- Be a registered participant of the Symposium.
- Fill in and submit Hotel Reservation Form to Dr. Elena Bykovskaya, via e-mail bykovskaya@itp.nsc.ru, no later than January 15, 2016.
- Confirm your booking details to Dr. Elena Bykovskaya, via e-mail bykovskaya@itp.nsc.ru, no later than February 15, 2016, or before when you have your flight tickets.
- Pay for your room either by cash or by credit card at the hotel reception desk, upon arrival.
Please be aware that number of standard single rooms is limited and availability of these rooms is not guaranteed. Please make your reservation as early as possible. There are other good hotels in Novosibirsk, but they are at least 40 min drive from the conference venue and they provide no discounts.
