Symposium Format

Symposium will consist of keynote lectures and short oral (+ poster) presentations. There will be no parallel sessions. 26 plenary lecturers and 40-50 short oral presentations (3 minutes + poster) are expected.

It would be a great support to the organizers if you could manifest as early as possible your interest and potential participation.

Symposium Programme

By the rules of the Symposium one participant can make only one lecture or one short oral + poster presentation.

Poster session

Organizers pay a special attention to the poster sessions and suppose that they will be very important and efficient part of the Symposium. We will have 6 poster sessions. Before each poster session all participants who have a poster will make short oral presentations each one - three minutes maximum to give a short description of the work represented in the corresponding poster. They have a possibility to show one-four Power Point slides. First one should have a title of the poster and the institution information. Second, third and fourth may present the main results of the work and conclusions. Following these time limits is extremely important in order to keep the Symposium on schedule and session chairs will very strictly adhere to these time schedule. The "Best poster" Prizes will be presented to the winners by the members of the Scientific committee in the end of the Symposium. A Poster should have the dimension of 90 cm x 150-180 cm or less. Please bring your PowerPoint presentation preferably on a USB flash memory device or a CD. There will be an operator in the Presentation room. You should give him your presentation and test it during the Breaks or in early morning if you have a presentation in the morning. Own laptop are not recommended for this sessions.

Keynote lectures

Following the time limits is extremely important in order to keep the Symposium on schedule and session chairs are requested to strictly adhere to the time schedules.
